I have been in Overwhelmed for a while. The wheels that brought me here are still turning. One thing I do like about overwhelmed is, it gets you to look forward. I may still be a bit overwhelmed by things at the moment but, it will get better. Phillip a great post. Really loved it ❤️
Just need to get back to writing. Tomorrow. We travelled to Buzy pronounced Boo-zee today. Brrrrr cold but so beautiful. I will add a note a little later. 😊
I feel this so deeply. That mix of wanting to do everything and feeling like it’s all too much is exhausting, and you captured it perfectly. It’s okay to step back and just breathe, you don’t have to carry it all at once, something I’m slowly learning ✨
What a ‘real’ post Phillip. I do love how honest you are about sometimes being in this place. We’re encouraged to constantly be looking for the positive…exhausting in itself. The picture reminds me of Hutton-le-Hole…spent a long time there as a child!
Great post, Phillip! I am standing in Overwhelmed quicksand at the moment. Moving my mom into assisted living this morning. Not wanting to leave my house to face what’s coming next…. But I must! Here I go!
This really resonated. I like how you describe Overwhelmed as somewhere familiar rather than dramatic, because that’s exactly how it shows up for me too. Often it isn’t the big things, just the accumulation of small, ordinary moments.
That last line felt like a hand on the shoulder. Thank you for that 🤍
Thanks for reading.
I’ve notice this too. Many more than ever in Overwhelmed
Thanks Zoe.

Thanks Brenda. I hope you find that road out of there soon X

I love reading about your travels.
Thanks. I will put another one together. 😄

Thanks and I’m glad you’re learning how. It’s a work in progress for many of us.
"The road that brought you in, is waiting to take you home." Beautiful
Thanks Kelly.

Sorry to hear this Lynn. Hopefully it’s just the start of a new chapter and your mum settles well.
Good luck ❤️.
Thanks, Phillip!!

Thanks. More often than not it’s those small things for me as well.
Fortunately a trip to see the ducks often helps.
