Ha! I’ll happily get up at the crack of dawn if it means dodging the dreaded queue — but some of our best travel friendships started in them. In Ireland, we once shared a pint with fellow queuers and it turned into pure kismet. Proof that sometimes the line *is* the destination.
It’s so true, we do love a queue (a little poem of my own! 🤣)
Brilliant 🤩
Ah and who would have thunk! A great piece! Enjoyable as always!
Thanks for reading as always.
It’s so very British and a phenomenon to me😁 lovely written. I’ve enjoyed it a lot
Your friend had a great idea for a poem, and you took it and ran with it! This is marvelous, Chris! 🚶🚶🚶🚶🚶
Excellent as always Phillip.
Thanks Chris.
Absolutely loved this Philip, incredible
Thanks for the support you’re giving my words Aaliya. It’s really appreciated.

When I came to the UK in 2003 I got used to queues. The first time I took a number from the strand contraption I laughed.
You are a true Brit now.
